Garza takes the district

Illustration by Jeremiah TeutschIllustration by Jeremiah TeutschThe announcement of Superintendent Robert Durón's departure, spelled out in a voluntary separation agreement, may have shocked onlookers at the SAISD board of trustees' meeting on Monday.
